FAQs

Are you looking for information? Where to park my car? On market days?

Can I come on board the Brigantin II with my dog?

Yes, no problem and it’s free for the dog.

Where can I park when I come and do the trip?

There are three big carparks: Parking du Port, Parking des Lices and Parking Foch, you need to allow about 10/15 minutes walk to come and find us on the old port of St-Tropez.

Will I be sea sick?

Normaly no. If it is very windy and the sea is too rough we generally cancel the tour.

Which are your busiest days?

It is busier on the roads and in the village at the beginning of the week especially Tuesday as it’s market day in Saint-Tropez. So, the boat ride is very quiet in the morning at 11h and busier in the afternoon. Last year the weekend was quieter than during the week. Some days we have lots of group bookings so it is always best to book or call in advance.

Can I bring my own picnic?

Yes you can bring your own picnic. We have two tables on board and a mini bar and coffee machine.

If I book by internet and the boat tour is cancelled because of bad weather, what happens?

If you can come another day we can change the booking date, if not you are refunded.

Can I come with someone in a wheelchair?

Yes, it’s possible to board with a standard wheelchair but not electric ones. It’s always best to call the crew for more information on the day you want to come to see where the boat will be for boarding.
